Call Time: Junior and Senior Choirs - 6:30 p.m.
Performance Times: Junior Choir - 7 p.m.
Senior Choir - 7:10 p.m.
Singers and parents should enter the church by the 4th Street door. The choirs will assemble in Knox Hall (gym) and the parents will go to the Sanctuary. Immediately following the Westside performances, parents must meet their children in Knox Hall. They may then return to the Sanctuary to hear the other choirs or leave the building.
Uniform: black pants, shoes, socks and
red choir shirt. Singers who do not already have a shirt will receive their
shirts at a rehearsal this month.
Parking: Free parking will be offered courtesy of Barclay Centre Parkade across from the church on 6th Avenue and 4th Street beginning at 6:00 p.m. These parking spots will go quickly so you are advised to be aware of alternate parking arrangements in the downtown area or take the C-Train.
Price of Admission: A non-perishable food item or a cash donation to the Calgary Interfaith FoodBank.

the rehearsal rooms at Scarboro United Church on
December 4th and 11th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION FOR JANUARY, 2009. Registration for January, 2009
Fees: Junior Choir (Grades 2,3, & 4) - $140. / half year.
Senior Choir (Grades 5 - 12) - $175. / half year.
Second term fees are due at the first rehearsal on
January 8, 2009.
The third and fourth children in a family who are in the Junior Choir will each be charged $70.00 for half a year. Third or fourth children who are in the Senior Choir will be charged $80.00 for half a year. To request financial assistance or to make other arrangements for payment, please call Jean at 271-7925. No child will be denied membership because of the family's inability to pay the fee.
